Refunds and Exchanges

We accept online refunds within 30 days of purchase. Returns items are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be received unworn with no visible damages or defects, and in their original packaging.

Once we have recieved your item , we will iniciate a return. Please allow at least 7 days from our receipt of the return for the refund to be processed.

Money will be sent to your original method of payment

Return Cost

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide reimbursement for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the return shipping process. Therefore, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund is processed.

Order Issues

We will not take responsibility for any damage resulting from improper laundering. Our care instructions are reliable and, when adhered to properly, should prevent shrinkage or stretching.
